Yield Serves 1. Breakfast Eggnog: Use 2 ounces brandy. Add 1/2 ounce curaçao and omit sugar.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top.
