1 1/2 cups soymilk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS) or 1 1/2 cups rice milk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS)
1 banana, ripe (I slice and freeze first)
3/4 tablespoon peanut butter

Steps:

  • Blend all in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
