Banana Macadamia Nut Bread image

Moist banana bread for the bread machine. All the flavor less of the work!

⅔ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
¾ cup mashed bananas
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 egg
3 ¼ cups bread flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
2 ¾ teaspoons active dry yeast
½ cup chopped macadamia nuts

Steps:

  • Place ingredient in bread machine in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. Add macadamia nuts when indicated by your manufacturer.

I'm not a fan of macadamia nuts, so I omitted them from the recipe. The bread was still delicious, but I think it would have been even better with the nuts.
