Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix bar mix, flour and baking powder. In medium bowl, thoroughly mix eggs, melted butter, milk and mashed banana. Add bar mixture to bowl, and mix well; pour mixture into pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean and top is golden brown. Cool on cooling rack 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
