Balsamic Vinaigrette image

This is one of my favorite salad dressings. It's also great as a marinade for most any kind of meat.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons chopped chives

Steps:

  • Whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Slowly add oil; stir in chives.
