This sauce is a great way to use up leftover onions. I always have a few extra onions lying around, and now I know what to do with them!

I'm not a fan of onions, so I wasn't sure if I would like this sauce. But I was pleasantly surprised! The onions are cooked down so much that they're almost caramelized, and the balsamic vinegar gives it a nice tangy flavor.

This sauce is okay, but I've definitely had better. It's not bad, but it's not something I would go out of my way to make again.

I found this sauce to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little less balsamic vinegar next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sauce turned out too runny. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough?
