- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix onions, mayonnaise, cheddar and Tabasco.
- Spread into small baking dish.
- Top with parmasan and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with assorted crackers.
