Baked Tilapia with a Kick Recipe - (4.3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 (6 ounce) fresh Tilapia
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Steps:

  • Brush fish with olive oil. Combine all dry spices and blend well. Sprinkle over fish. Place fish on the 4-inch rack and cook on power level high for 3-4 minutes per side. If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes per side. Enjoy!
