Baked Salmon Dijon image

Delicious! I love the tangy sweet flavour of this dish :)

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 Tbsp good honey
3 Tbsp good dijon
1 tsp lemon juice
4- 6 oz salmon steaks
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
sea salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325'F.
  • 2. Arrange salmon steaks in a baking dish.
  • 3. Mix the honey, mustard and lemon juice together and spread a thin layer on the salmon steaks.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
  • 6. Enjoy!
