I'm not a big fan of salmon, but I loved this recipe. The pesto was so flavorful and the salmon was cooked perfectly.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover salmon. I usually make a big batch of salmon on the weekend and then use it in this recipe during the week.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. I usually use a store-bought pesto, but I've also made it with homemade pesto and it's even better.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salmon came out dry and overcooked. I think I cooked it for too long.
