1 lb extra firm tofu
1 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
3 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Slice tofu into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  • Marinate tofu 2-3 hours or over night.
  • Drain tofu and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
