Not bad, but not great either. The sweet potatoes were a bit dry and the paprika didn't really add much flavor.

I'm giving this recipe 4 stars. The sweet potatoes were delicious and the paprika gave them a great smoky flavor. However, I would have liked the recipe to include more instructions on how to prepare the sweet potatoes before roasting them.

I thought the paprika was a bit too overpowering. Next time I'll use less.

The recipe was easy to follow, but the sweet potatoes took a lot longer to roast than the recipe said.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sweet potatoes didn't turn out as good as I had hoped. They were a bit dry and bland.

Roasted the sweet potatoes for a bit longer than the recipe called for and they were perfectly caramelized. Yum!

I used Yukon Gold potatoes instead of sweet potatoes and they turned out delicious. The paprika and spices were a great combination.
