This geel rys was a disaster! The rice was mushy and the spices were all wrong. I would not recommend this recipe.

This geel rys was a little too spicy for my taste, but it was still good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

I'm not a big fan of raisins in my rice, so I omitted them from this recipe. It still turned out great! The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the almonds added a nice crunch.
