Steps:
- place beef fat side up in a dutch oven or roasting pan pour in beer to cover 1-2". Put pickling spices in fluids. Salt and Pepper top of fat. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 350' then take top off, continue baking for 2 hours. let stand for 15-20 minutes. And slice away!
