Bailey's Bouillabaisse (Fish Stew) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 onion, chopped
2 c celery, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
3 c boiling water
2 c milk
1.5 lb cod
2 c broccoli, chopped
2 c cauliflower, diced
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp basil

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside.
  • 3. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the flour mixture, stirring constantly.
  • 5. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
