Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, combine neufchatel, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and jalapenos. Spread a tablespoon or so onto a slice of thin steak; roll it and wrap with a slice of bacon. Repeat with all steak rolls.
- 2. Place rolls on a greased piece of foil and place foil on grill. Grill until done on all sides.
