Bacon 'n' Egg Bundles image

This is a fun bacon and eggs recipe! It can easily be doubled for a larger group. Make sure to use high-quality bacon so it doesn't fall apart in the muffin tin. -Edith Landinger, Longview, Texas

I thought these were very time-consuming to make. Not worth it for a weekday breakfast.

These fell apart when I tried to flip them. Any tips?

The flavors were a bit bland for my taste. I'll have to experiment with different seasonings next time.

Not bad, but I think I'll stick to my regular bacon and eggs next time.

These were delicious! I used a pre-cooked bacon to save time, and they still turned out great. I'll be making these again for sure!

I tried this with spinach, sundried tomatoes, and cheddar instead of chives and mozzarella. Still amazing!
