This chili ragu was a bit too greasy for my taste. I had to skim off some of the fat before serving.

The meat in this chili ragu was a bit tough. I think I might have overcooked it.

I found this chili ragu to be a bit too bland. I had to add some extra spices to give it some flavor.

This chili ragu is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I just added a little less cayenne pepper next time.

This chili ragu was a hit with my family! The flavors were rich and complex, and the meat was fall-apart tender. I especially liked the addition of the chocolate, which gave the dish a subtle sweetness.
