Steps:
- Mix oil, onions and sugar. Add tarragon vinegar. Fold in Miracle Whip. Mix grated carrots and cabbage in large bowl. Pour Miracle Whip mixture over carrot and cabbage mixture. Fold in well. Refrigerate in an airtight covered dish. Best if made the night before serving.
