Steps:
- 1. Use fresh, cold water to make coffee - 2 rounded tablespoons per 6 oz. cup (makes a very strong coffee).
- 2. Fill a 6-8 oz mug with hot water (to warm).
- 3. In a bowl, whip or froth cream lightly, so it is still pourable.
- 4. Empty water from mug. Add hot coffee and sugar; stir to dissolve.
- 5. Add whiskey; stir.
- 6. Hold a spoon upside down over mug and slowly pour the cream over the spoon, allowing it to float onto the top of the coffee.
- 7. Do not stir - drink through the cream.
