Aussie Beachcomber (Australian Mai Tai Cocktail) image

This is the Australian version of the classic Mai Tai cocktail. It differs from the original recipe in that it uses fresh mint leaves and spiced rum (instead of dark rum), and it's garnished with a delicious spear of mulled pineapple.

I'm not a big fan of cocktails, but I really enjoyed this one. It's not too sweet or strong.

I'm not a big fan of rum, but I really enjoyed this cocktail. The other flavors really balance out the rum.

This cocktail is a bit strong for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using a little less rum next time.

I love that this cocktail uses fresh fruit. It makes it so much more flavorful than cocktails that use artificial juices.
