Yield 1 bundt cake

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup vegetable oil (Aunt Ruth specified Wesson Oil)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs well-beaten
2 cups self-rising flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups peeled, chopped apple
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray. Put in pre-heated 350 degree oven for one hour. Whatever you do, don't open the oven in the first 30 minutes.
