A change of pace for you chili lovers. This is something I've developed over the years as a way to use up hoisin sauce. Can be made in crock pot...just throw everything in and cook on low for 6 hours. This makes very thick chili, if you like it thinner, just add water or broth.

I'm not a fan of coconut milk, but I still enjoyed this chili.

I would have liked the chili to be a bit thicker, but overall it was a good recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but this chili was surprisingly mild. The coconut milk really mellowed out the heat.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chili turned out great! The only thing I would change next time is to add a bit more spice.

This Asian-inspired chili was a hit with my family! The flavors were bold and complex, and the heat level was just right. I especially loved the addition of the coconut milk, which gave the chili a creamy and rich texture.
