This slaw is so refreshing and flavorful! The dressing is perfect - not too tart or too sweet. The broccoli slaw gives it a nice crunch. This is definitely a keeper!

I'm not really a fan of Asian food, but this slaw was actually pretty good. The dressing was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall it was a nice dish.

This slaw is a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I'll use less ginger next time.

This Asian broccoli slaw is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before and it was even better the next day. The flavors had really melded together. I served it with grilled chicken and it was a perfect summer meal.

I'm not sure how I feel about this dish. The flavors are interesting, but it's a bit too crunchy for me. I think I'll stick to traditional coleslaw next time.
