Steps:
- Sauté onion until clear, add garlic and sauté another 3 mins. Let cool. Mix together artichokes, eggs, seasonings, and hot sauce. Add onion mixture and mix together. Add breadcrumbs. Add cheddar cheese and chopped parsley. Pour into a 9x11 buttered Pyrex dish and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 mins or until lightly browned. Let cool, cut up and refrigerate. Can be made a day in advance of serving.
