Artichoke Dip or Sandwich Spread image

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole lime, peel cut off
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Process all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
