This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise it was good. The applesauce and dates added a nice flavor and texture, and the cake was moist and fluffy. I would make it again, but I would reduce the amount of sugar.

I'm not sure what went wrong with this recipe, but my cake turned out terrible. It was dry and flavorless, and the applesauce and dates were barely noticeable. I would not recommend this recipe.

This cake was a disaster! It didn't rise properly and it was so dry that it was inedible. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I tried this recipe and it was just okay. It wasn't as moist as I thought it would be, and the applesauce and dates didn't add much flavor. I wouldn't make it again.
