I got this out of a coupon paper, it looks awesome. I'd like to use granny smith apples with this, and it calls for 2 apples so I picked one of each recommended. I'm also subbing the cranberries for chopped dates because it looks sweet enough!

Steps:
- Whisk together the syrup, mayo, vinegar, and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Whisk in the oil gradually until the mixture thickens slighlty, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Toss the greens, apples, cranberries, and half the walnuts together in a large bowl, toss with enough dressing to coat.
- Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, and serve.
