Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon noodles in pan. Top with apple and raisins.
- In blender or food processor, place all remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until blended. Pour over noodles in pan.
- Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until light brown and center is set.
