Steps:
- Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, honey and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry. Fold in apple and cranberries.
- Pour into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until done.
- Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
