Apple Cherry Pork Chops image

My hunny loves his pork chops and he loves to play my kitchen guinea pig, so this turned into a match made in heaven! He now doesn't want them any other way. I prefer to use sweet vidalia onions and either fuji or gala apples, to me they just add something.

The pork chops were juicy and flavorful, but the sauce was a bit too tart for my liking. I would add more sugar next time.
