Antipasto Skewers image

Marinated mushrooms, zesty Havarti cheese, and cocktail rye (or bread of your choice), skewered on frilly toothpicks are a great, simple appetizer with little work and almost no clean up! You can marinate fresh mushrooms yourself, or dress them up right out of the jar.

These skewers are a great way to use up leftover ingredients. I always have some leftover cheese and vegetables in my fridge, so these are a perfect way to use them up.

I love the combination of flavors in these skewers. The salty prosciutto and cheese are a great match for the sweet fruit.

These skewers were a little too salty for my taste, but overall they were still good.
