Ann's Egg-Sausage Casserole image

This is a wonderful breakfast or brunch dish. I make several at one time so I can freeze some for a quick breakfast. Freeze in single portions, then reheat in the microwave or toaster oven.

This casserole was delicious! I used a mild Italian sausage and it was the perfect amount of spice. I also added some chopped green bell pepper and onion, and it was a nice addition. This is a great recipe for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch.

This casserole was a disappointment. The eggs were overcooked and the sausage was dry. I think I would use less milk next time and cook it for a shorter amount of time.

This casserole was a hit with my kids! They loved the sausage and eggs, and they couldn't get enough of the cheese. It was also a great way to get them to eat their vegetables. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I loved this casserole. The eggs and cheese were cooked perfectly, and the bread cubes added a nice texture. I will definitely be making this again.

I've made this casserole several times now and it's always a hit. It's so easy to make and it's always delicious. I love that I can use whatever sausage and cheese I have on hand. It's also a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.
