Angel Hair Pasta W/Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomatoes image

Excellent quick side dish. Goes with beef, chicken, & seafood. The mixture of italian seasoning with the garlic & sundried tomatoes in the olive oil subdues the strong taste of all the ingredients.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sauce turned out watery. I think I might have added too much olive oil.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with some added spice or herbs.

I'm not a huge fan of angel hair pasta, but this dish was still very good. The sauce was flavorful and the sun-dried tomatoes added a nice tang.
