This is something I made while just playing around since I didn't have cream cheese. The yogurt makes it really have a nice sharp taste. Serve on Ritz® crackers, as sandwich filling, or in a veggie wrap.

- Combine Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, pimento peppers, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, hot sauce, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight, before serving.
