Steps:
- 1. beat eggs, oil and sugar. sift flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and cocoa. mix well.
- 2. add vanilla, zucchini and nuts. mix all together and spread on a 15 jellyroll pan.
- 3. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. these are good plain, but you may frost them with your favorite frosting.
