Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lb bologna ( i use eckridge all beef ) minced fine in food processor
4 Tbsp dill pickle chopped, or relish
med onion, chopped small
1 c mayo or till your preferred consistency
2 Tbsp ranch dressing
1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 - 2 tsp sugar ( optional ) this helps balance out the saltiness of the bologna
pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. I process bologna in food processor till pretty fine.
  • 2. Place in large bowl; adding all other ingredients. Stirring till well blended. I don't measure mayo, I go by the thickness we prefer.
  • 3. Refrigerate overnight, it is so much better after the flavors have time to mingle. Serve on bread or even crackers. Enjoy!

I'm not a big fan of ham, but I really enjoyed this spread. The pickles and cheese balance out the flavor of the ham perfectly. I would definitely make this again.
