AMISH CORN PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 beaten eggs
1 cup melted butter
8 oz sour cream
1 can of corn (do not drain)
1 can of cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 large bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Add all ingredients expect for 1/2 of the bag of cheese to a Dutch oven or a deep casserole baking dish. Bake 30 mins. Layer the remaining cheese over the top of the Amish corn and bake another 30 mins. Done!
