Another recipe from the sixty's that I was given by my Home Economics teacher. There are lots of ambrosia recipes out there but I wanted to post the one I had from 1964. It is simple and easy to make and if you leave out the powdered sugar it is even on the healthy side.

Number Of Ingredients 4
Steps:
- 1. Cut the top from the orange and peel
- 2. Slice or dice the orange and mix with the shredded coconut
- 3. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar
- 4. (Optional)Pineapple chunks may be added (perhaps instead of the sugar)
- 5. CHILL in refrigerator. NOTE: The recipe actually says "Chill in the refrigerator if possible" -- LOL
