All-Fruit Mincemeat image

Homemade is so much better than store-bought and this recipe is a breeze - you don't even have to cook it. Makes a good-sized batch - enough to for 3-4 pies or a plethora of tasty tarts (then you can stir it into pancake batter, muffins, cakes....)

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my mincemeat turned out really runny. I think I might have added too much liquid.

This mincemeat is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

This mincemeat is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had a bunch of apples and oranges that were about to go bad, so I threw them in the food processor with some of the other ingredients and it turned out great!
