I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. I believe she may have gotten it out of Southern Living magazine. It's a quick weeknight main meal for those that need dinner in a hurry, but tastes like good old fashioned comfort food. Enjoy!

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. The Alfredo sauce was very heavy, and the pasta was a bit overcooked. I think I would have liked it better if the sauce was lighter and the pasta was cooked al dente.

I'm not a huge fan of Alfredo sauce, but this casserole was surprisingly good. The sauce was light and creamy, and the pasta was cooked just right. I would definitely make this again, even if I'm not in the mood for Alfredo sauce.
