Affogato with Cold-Brewed Coffee image

This was the best tasting iced coffee I've ever had. Since the flavors are extracted without heat, the results are a smoother, less acidic, less bitter product. You can use the coffee concentrate straight on ice cream or gelato for a classic Italian treat - affogato.

I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. The coffee ice cream was bland, and the cold brew didn't add much flavor. I think I'll stick to my usual coffee and ice cream routine.

This was the perfect way to end a meal. The coffee ice cream was light and airy, and the cold brew added a nice touch of bitterness. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who loves coffee and ice cream.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. The coffee flavor was excellent, and the ice cream was very creamy.
