This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham. It's also a really easy dish to make, which is always a plus. The only thing I would change is to use a different type of cheese. I used cheddar cheese, but I think a Gruyère or Swiss cheese would

I'm not a fan of ham, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The ham flavor wasn't overpowering and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. The cheese topping was also really good. I would definitely make this again.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found that the potatoes were a bit too soft. Overall, it was an okay dish, but I wouldn't make it again.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham. It's also a really easy dish to make, which is always a plus. The only thing I would change is to add some more vegetables, like diced carrots or peas.
