This marinade works great on flat iron steak or any cut of beef. I prefer to use it on a charcoal grill, but can be used with any method of your choice.

Steps:
- Season steak with salt and pepper and place in a resealable bag. Add onion, garlic, and enough Worcestershire sauce to cover bottom of steak. Coat steak with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours, shaking periodically to coat steak.
