  • Mise en place: Before you begin baking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and ensure that you don't forget anything.
  • Use room temperature ingredients: When baking, it's important to use room temperature ingredients whenever possible. This helps to ensure that your ingredients mix together evenly and that your baked goods turn out light and fluffy.
  • Measure your ingredients accurately: Baking is a precise science, so it's important to measure your ingredients accurately. Use a kitchen scale to weigh your ingredients whenever possible, as this is the most accurate way to measure.
  • Don't overmix your dough: Overmixing your dough can make your baked goods tough and dense. Mix your dough just until it comes together, then stop.
  • Bake your biscotti until they are golden brown: Biscotti should be baked until they are golden brown on the outside and firm to the touch. This will help to ensure that they are cooked through and have a nice crispy texture.
