Tips:

  • Choose a skillet that is just large enough to hold the chicken thighs in a single layer. If the skillet is too large, the chicken will not brown evenly.
  • Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the chicken.
  • Do not move the chicken thighs around in the skillet while they are cooking. This will prevent them from getting crispy on the outside.
  • Cook the chicken thighs over medium heat until they are cooked through. This should take about 8-10 minutes per side.
  • Serve the chicken thighs immediately with your favorite sides.

Conclusion:

This recipe for Quickie Chickie is a delicious and easy way to prepare chicken thighs. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning is simple but flavorful. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual party. Serve the chicken thighs with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
