Tips:

  • Use a variety of vegetables. This will add flavor, color, and nutrients to your soup. Some good options include carrots, celery, onions, garlic, spinach, and kale.
  • Don't overcook the tortellini. They should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked tortellini will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Add some protein. This will make your soup more filling and satisfying. Some good options include cooked chicken, beef, or sausage. You can also add beans or lentils.
  • Season the soup to taste. This may include adding salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian seasoning. You can also add a splash of lemon juice or vinegar to brighten the flavors.
  • Serve the soup with a side of bread or crackers. This will help to soak up the broth and make the meal more complete.

Tortellini soup is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It's a great way to use up leftover vegetables and protein, and it's also a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
