EASY DEVILED EGGS

Easy Deviled Eggs image

After wondering how to make deviled eggs for years, I stumbled across this recipe. It comes from the Durbin Inn, a well-known restaurant in Rushville, Indiana from the 1920s until it closed in the late '70s. The eggs are delicious, and it's easy to make more for larger gatherings. -Margaret Sanders, Indianapolis, Indiana

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas. This will ensure that your muffins are moist and flavorful. Overripe bananas are the best choice because they are sweeter and have a stronger banana flavor.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make your muffins tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Line your muffin tins with paper liners. This will make it easier to remove the muffins from the tins and will also help to prevent them from sticking.
  • Fill your muffin tins only about 2/3 full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly without overflowing.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help to create a tender crumb and a golden brown crust.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.

Conclusion:

Quick Little Devils are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are moist and flavorful, with a tender crumb and a golden brown crust. The cream cheese frosting is the perfect finishing touch, adding a sweet and tangy flavor that complements the bananas perfectly. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast option or a sweet treat to satisfy your cravings, Quick Little Devils are sure to hit the spot.
