QUICK & EASY CAJUN CREAMED SPINACH
This recipe was thrown together to try to mimic a hybrid between spinach dip & spinach Madeleine, but slightly less rich so it would be a suitable side vegetable without being overpowering. I think the cheeses would be interchangeable with almost any, I used what I had on hand. Monterrey Jack would probably be a great substitute for the italian blend cheeses

- Wash Thoroughly: Rinse spinach leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Quick Preparation: For the best texture and flavor, cook spinach immediately after washing.
- Cook in Batches: If using a large amount of spinach, cook it in batches to prevent overcrowding the pan and ensure even cooking.
- Don't Overcook: Spinach cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked spinach will lose its vibrant color and become mushy.
- Season to Taste: Adjust the seasonings, such as salt, pepper, and garlic, to your preference.
- Garnish Elegantly: Before serving, garnish the creamed spinach with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese or a drizzle of olive oil for an elegant touch.
