750 ml prosecco, Italian champagne, chilled
1 pomegranate, whole with seeds
16 ounces pomegranate juice, bottled, chilled

Steps:

  • Cut pomegranate in half and scoop out seeds. Place seeds in a bowl.
  • Place several pomegranate seeds in the bottom of a champagne flute, add a splash of juice and fill with champagne.

1 1/2 c pear nectar
1/2 c pomegranate juice
2 c prosecco, chilled
pomegranate seeds
4 champagne flutes

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pitcher, mix together pear nectar, pomegranate juice and prosecco. Place pomegrante seeds evenly in the bottom of the 4 champagne flutes. Fill each glass with the cocktail and serve.
  • 2. Prosecco is a sparkling, dry, white Italian wine.
